We offer a range of classes at our vibrant and friendly fitness studio in central Norwich.

Running Club

A friendly group lead by Ross Lenton, Triathlon Coach and IRONMAN

Core conditioning

This class is designed to improve core strength and posture. 

Circuit Training

Our toughest class on the timetable. Lots of different challenges each week make this class a great workout every time!

Stretch & tone (50 yrs+)

Designed to be more relaxed with a emphasis on improving flexibility, balance, suppleness and muscle tone. These classes are for the over 50’s only.

HIIT

Energetic all-body workout - a great way to start the weekend!
