Dynamic Fitness was established in 2008, with aim of getting results. 

The founder, Ross Lenton, noticed that after a few years of working within the Gym environment, that Personal Training was the most effective way to go.

Dynamic Fitness prides itself on offering a very personal service.

For your safety it is important that you inform us of any health issues, including changes to your health. 

None of your personal data is shared with any of our clients, or any outside companies or individuals. 

We use mailchimp for our e-mails, they are GDPR compliant. Feel free to unsubscribe whenever you wish.


Our Studio Policies

To maximise the benefits of Personal Training, you are required to acknowledge the following ­­­­­­­­­­­:

Each session lasts for 1 hour.  To get the most from them, please be ready to exercise at the appointed time.

The sessions will finish at the scheduled time to allow yourself and our trainers to meet prior commitments.

Please note that we don’t take responsibility for lost/stolen personal items. We suggest that you do not bring items of value with you into the studio.

Please bring a towel with you to each session or workout and use it appropriately during and after each exercise.

We also recommend that you carry a bottle of water with you and use it appropriately for hydration purposes.

Each 9 weeks you will be encouraged to do a 1 hour Goal Session to assess progress, reset goals & update exercise and nutrition programs.

Please note that our Personal Training Sessions are non-refundable. The remainder of any program, however, may be transferred to another party.

If at the end of any session you are not fully satisfied with our services, we are happy to offer you a complimentary session with another trainer.

Our trainers do not take offence to any client wanting to change trainer. In fact, changing trainers can often help with your progress.

 

Cancellation Policy

As a professional courtesy there is no charge on sessions that are cancelled more than 24 hours prior to the session. Sessions cancelled within 24hrs must be paid in full to cover the cost of the Personal Trainer. 

In unforeseen circumstances within 24hrs, you can try and reschedule your session. This must be within the following 7 days, with the same trainer if they are available. Sessions cancelled within 3 hours of the session starting time may not be rescheduled and the session is forfeited. Please note that rescheduled sessions may not simply replace another session scheduled for later in the week.

This policy provides you with flexibility and simultaneously allows our trainers to properly plan their daily schedules.
