I started in the fitness industry in 2003, after graduating from Sheffield Hallam in Sports Management.

After working, then managing gyms, I went to Australia in 2007, where I worked as a Personal Trainer at Vision PT (Bondi). It was here where I realised that Personal Training is the best way to get results.  

I then came back to Norwich in 2008 to set up Dynamic Fitness. 

Since then we have gone from strength to strength.

Glen Squire

I decided to become a personal trainer after an injury playing football sent me into early retirement. I wanted to stay in health and fitness as a way to help others .

My passion for helping others not only as 1-1 but in a class environment has kept me and others around me full of life.

I love to specialise in high intensity training, with speed and agility, to really get the fat burning.

Kyle Ward

I am a super dedicated personal trainer who has been in the fitness industry over 5 years and covering many aspects of fitness and knowledge in that time. 

I have over 20 years of martial arts experience competing at the highest level and also representing England in the world championships . 

Training clients of all abilities is what I am all about, providing a very high standard of personal training and Nutritional advice that helps YOU achieve and succeed your goals .

Gemma is also a Yoga Specialist !

As well Personal Training sessions Gemma also offers 1-2-1 Yoga sessions too.

I've been working with fitness for over 8 years, ranging from competitive fencing and trampolining to military applications. 

I'm a technical trainer who likes chasing down goals with clients, pushing for challenging workouts coupled with the correct technique to avoid injury and get the right level of progress.

I've had positive experience in work for weight loss, general fitness, military and emergency service training, wedding preparation, athletics, aesthetics and strength training,
