We offer a range of classes at our vibrant and friendly fitness studio in central Norwich.

 

Our classes are pay-as-you-go and anyone can attend. If you would like to confirm your place at one of our classes, fill out the simple form below.


Abs & Arms

Improve body shape and strength of your Abs and Arms. You will leave feeling like the muscles have had a good workout but not with lots of sweat should you need to go back to work.

Total Toning

Works on the whole body, including those hard to hit areas. This class will raise your pulse a bit more than Abs and Arms but the focus is still on toning and not sweating.

Fitness Boxing

Our only cardio based lunchtime class. An amazing stress busting workout suitable for all levels.

Core conditioning

This class is designed to improve core strength and posture. 

Stretch & tone (50 yrs+)

Designed to be more relaxed with a emphasis on improving flexibility, balance, suppleness and muscle tone. These classes are for the over 50’s only.

Circuit Training

Our toughest class on the timetable. Lots of different challenges each week make this class a great workout every time!
