Wolterton Wellness Weekend is a boutique wellbeing festival set in the stunning grounds of Wolterton Park, North Norfolk. A weekend of yoga, Pilates, fitness, paddleboarding, meditation, spiritual workshops, sound baths, wood-fired saunas and wild swimming – designed to help you reconnect with nature, movement and yourself.

Join us for our next Wellness Day at the incredible Wolterton Hall in North Norfolk.
We have space for 14 people to spend an unforgettable day of exercise, nature, good nutrition and relaxation all in amazing surroundings. The day includes access to all sessions and a relaxed lunch in the Hall.

This programme includes a 10 week running plan sent straight to your inbox. You will also receive a weekly email with tips of how to complete each session.

This sessions will be 10k specific but will be suitable for all levels :)
8 week Coaching Plan
If you can’t make the coached sessions there is also an option to buy the 8 week programme - this will include weekly tips every Monday to keep you motivated!

Dynamic Fitness are offering a block of Strength and Conditioning sessions to help your swimming muscles!
Mon 6pm (55 mins)

These sessions are suitable for all levels and will consist of:
Warm up
Dynamic stretch
6 x Strength exercises (swim specific)
Static Stretches
We have a maximum capacity of 10 people so please book your space below. There will be the option of booking one-off sessions if there is space week to week. These sessions will cost £8 and be released one week before each session
