SO Fit is an all-body fitness class suitable for all levels. We will be using bodyweight exercises, and there will be different intensity levels to suit everyone.
Dates: Tues 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th June
Time: 6-7pm (toilets open until 7pm)
Location: Eaton Park (near the big car park)
Cost: £20 for 4 weeks
We go on whatever the weather and if it’s raining heavily we can use the Pavilion for cover.

We are allowed a Maximum of 30 people to these sessions so we are taking a block bookings only. Bookings are non refundable, unless Dynamic Fitness is forced to cancel. We will go ahead whatever the weather and if it’s raining heavily we can use the Pavillion for cover.
Please note when booking there is a standard Health Questionnaire and also our COVID 19 policy. Once we have all the bookings in you will get an email before your first class for any finer details.
It is really exciting to get the group classes going again, and you should see some great progress over these 4 weeks :)

We’re pleased to announce that we teamed up with Adnams to create a new Running Club for 2020!
The group will meet every Tuesday at 7pm - starting Tues 7th Jan @ Adnams Westlegate.
There is free parking on Ber Street from 6:30pm.
Adnams also have another store on Unthank Road, which will provide a different start point for some of the following sessions (this will be communicated via the mailing list)
