It's back! The 4th edition of the Southgate Lane Challenge...
Join Dynamic Fitness to walk, jog or sprint up Southgate Lane! A great event to help keep your training focused in Autumn.
The event is between 10 -11am and within the hour you will have to complete 3 full efforts of Southgate lane, at your own pace.
Only £10 to enter (£4 goes to the Animal Health Trust) and a medal for each finisher!

Runners complete the Dynamic 5k in 2017
Every 2 years we hold our event in May, and we are looking forward to another great event this year! It is a lovely course, taking in the River Wensum and Norwich Cathedral, then finishing up with two tough hill climbs at the end!
£10 per person (ALL Profits go to the Big C)

Are you looking for a fitness challenge to finish the summer?
How about trying the first ever Tower Ten challenge?
Dynamic Fitness have teamed up with the Big C to raise money for their amazing charity, and also to give you a good fitness challenge too.
The challenge is to get up (and down) the Black Tower on Carrow Hill ten times in an hour!
You can do it at your own pace - walking or running (or a bit of both).
So can YOU take on the Tower in an hour....
Date: Sat 1st Oct @ 10am - 11am (registration 9:30am)
