@ 7:30 - 8:30pm (meeting at The Willow Centre, Cringleford)
This sessions will be 10k specific but will be suitable for all levels :)
8 week Coaching Plan
If you can’t make the coached sessions there is also an option to buy the 8 week programme - this will include weekly tips every Monday to keep you motivated!

EAST Strength & Conditioning sessions
Dynamic Fitness are offering a block of Strength and Conditioning sessions to help your swimming muscles!
Mon 6pm (55 mins)
March 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th
These sessions are suitable for all levels and will consist of:
Warm up
Dynamic stretch
6 x Strength exercises (swim specific)
Static Stretches
We have a maximum capacity of 10 people so please book your space below. There will be the option of booking one-off sessions if there is space week to week. These sessions will cost £8 and be released one week before each session

SO FIT 2022!
We are back!
This year Ross & Victoria are looking forward to running our annual fitness classes in the park!
We start with a taster session on Wed 25th May at 7:30pm then we are hoping to continue into June
SO Fit is an all-body fitness class suitable for all levels. We will be using bodyweight exercises, and there will be different intensity levels to suit everyone.
Taster session: Wed 25th May
Time: 7:30-8:30pm
Location: Eaton Park (near the big car park)
Cost: £5
We go on whatever the weather and if it’s raining heavily we can use the Pavilion for cover.
