HIIT classes @ Redwell

After the success of the Wednesday night Running Club we are teaming up with Redwell for some HIIT training sessions. 

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is a very effective all body workout - using short efforts of effort followed by short rest periods. 

You can work at your own level and it will leave you feeling great at the end too!

Come and join us to celebrate all of your hard work in the Dynamic Studio this year with a lovely meal at the highly rated Baby Buddha!

We have never done a meal at Xmas before, so numbers may be a bit tight. Therefore can you please RSVP by 16th Nov to ensure you are booked in.

Southgate Lane Challenge 2017 (5th Nov)

It's back! The 4th edition of the Southgate Lane Challenge...

Join Dynamic Fitness to walk, jog or sprint up Southgate Lane! A great event to help keep your training focused in Autumn.

The event is between 10 -11am and within the hour you will have to complete 3 full efforts of Southgate lane, at your own pace.

Only £10 to enter (£4 goes to the Animal Health Trust) and a medal for each finisher!
