5 minute TEBATA Workouts (wk1)

To mark our 5 year anniversary on Ber Street we are releasing a 5 minute video every week for 5 weeks leading up to Christmas. 

These workouts are perfect to do at home. You don't need any equipment and they only take 5 minutes. 

The first week we ease you in with a Cardio workout from Glen then each week it will be a new trainer and a new workout. On week 5 you will be treated to all 4 trainers together!
