BEGINNERS RUNNING CLUB (with Mike)

This class combines short bursts of running with walking. A perfect class for beginner runners.

INTERMEDIATE RUNNING CLUB (with Ross)

This class is aimed at intermediate runners looking to improve technique. It's fun and effective too!
DATES - 2/4, 9/4, 16/4, 23/4, 7/5, 14/5 (no session 30/4)
