3 Peaks Challenge – Sat 24th Oct at 10am
Ladies and Gents, its that time again for yet another challenge here at Dynamic Fitness……
THE 3 PEAKS:
(1) Mariners Lane (2) Horns Lane (3) Thorn Lane
Everybody will have 15 minutes on each hill (split into groups depending on numbers). You will start at the bottom and either walk, jog or run up to the top 3 times – so that’s 9 efforts in total for completing all 3 hills.
£6 to enter, and if you complete all the hills then you win a medal!
Money raised from the event will go to Priscilla Bacon Lodge Support Fund.
